L.A. Gentrified

Great article by David Zahnister on "Welcome to Gentrification City" in the LA Weekly. As LA Observed writes, Zahnister's piece "is a [brilliant] takeout examining the social effect of the condo conversions and other increments of gentrification that are altering the essence of Los Angeles and neighboring cities like Manhattan Beach."
