More Getty Gems

Once again, the Getty Center treats us to a fabulous photo exhibit, with its new show Where We Live: Photographs of America.
"The exhibition showcases the richness of American color photography in nearly 170 works by 24 important contemporary artists," says the PR. "It draws from nearly 500 examples of postwar American photography" donated by Bruce Berman.

It marks the opening of the new Center for Photographs, which expands the gallery space devoted to photography, and confirms the Getty Center's commitment to the art form.

The unique breadth and depth of the Getty collection is astounding. And the new Center and show are trippy -- as always.
