What do you do when you really want to show that your're super-rich? In an age when almost everyone can afford the granite kitchen, luxury brands and designers are scratching their heads. How about a posh town house with parking and elevator for the cars? Or the ability to run the bath, or light the fire, or turn on the air-conditioning from a yacht in the middle of the ocean?
