Venice Growing A Gallery Cluster

The Venice gallery scene is growing.
We knew about La Louver and Applegate already. Over the past months, several new galleries have opened on and around Abbot Kinney, belying the Pinkberry-zation of that trendy artery. It may even be on its way to developing a cluster like those of Culver City or The Bergamot. How do the galleries cope with the insane rents? Who knows, but what is certain is that it is to the art-buff's benefit.

Also noteworthy, Beady Minces's Venice Collective photo-exhibit.
