Bookworm Murakami

Versatile and often decried neo-pop artist Murakami is branching out. In international book and book covers, this time. With much diversity in design, too. More book illustrations here and here. No mstter what you think of the "guy,", he is truly prolific. As Boing Boing writes, "On top of being one of the greatest Japanese novelists of all time, Haruki Murakami also has a knack for scoring awesome international edition book covers. A new collection of essays includes a colorful montage of Murakami covers from around the world." Pop art is what it is: pop/common folk art.
