Designer Yacht

How to get noticed in the the Mediterranean.
The September issue of American Vogue features Cypriot industrialist and art collector Dakis Joannou's Guilty, a 114-foot yacht designed by Jeff Koons and a team of contemporary artists. The exterior "pays tribute to Roy Lichtenstein and to the 'dazzle'-painted warships of WW1," while the interior is laden with artwork and designer fare. Calling it a "moving sculpture," Vogue graces its pages with stunning photos of the extravanganza -- or rather, coup de poing dans l'oeil. The article is not available online, but Artforum has some details.
