Times may be tough for airlines and travel in general, but it didn't prevent a new airline to see the day: dedicated exclusively to the transport of dogs and cats, Pet Airways is set to make a debut in July, flying to/from LAX and four other regional airports. "Pawsengers" will travel in a beech 1990, a 19-seat turbo-prop passenger plane, for as low as of $150. More via the Sun-Sentinel.While the initiative may seem like obnoxious consumption, one only needs to be aware of the horrendous conditions pets must travel in as cargo to think twice.
