New Words

Learned two new English words: cantankerous and curmudgeon. Love the sound of them. Still can't pronounce them, but working on it. Previous challenges included serendipity and discombobulated. All difficult to master for foreign jaws, and rather silly when pronounced à la française. Learning another language, and trying to speak it properly, is challenging fun -- especially when you watch the locals' puzzled faces. Call it "Lost in pronunciation."
