Topping The List Again

"French tourists are the worst in the world," reports Reuters, "coming across as bad at foreign languages, tight-fisted and arrogant, according to a survey of 4,500 hotel owners across the world." Here we go again. And sadly true: of the gazillion tourists cruising our beach town, the most obnoxious are systematically French. La honte.
