The Smell Of Money

This piece of news made it to the French press: 90% of the dollar notes in the U.S. have traces of cocaine. A market estimated to bring $35-70 billion in annual revenues. One more reason to legalize recreational drugs, and tax them -- like alcohol and cigarettes -- to fund our much needed infrastructure.
