Le Whif

Aha! That's how French women don't get fat: they inhale.
Introducing Le Whif, "A new way of eating chocolate. By breathing it," says lead creator and Harvard professor David Edwards. Calorie-free.

"Over the centuries we've been eating smaller and smaller quantities at shorter and shorter intervals," adds Edwards. "It seemed to us that eating was tending toward breathing, so, with a mix of culinary art and aerosol science, we've helped move eating habits to their logical conclusion. We call it whiffing." Explained in this audio interview.

Fancy inhaling puffs of fine, Michelin-grade chocolate powder without getting puffy? You can order Le Whif online, or visit Edwards' Le Labo Shop in Paris. Via The Paris Blog/IVY Paris.
