Curbed LA reported today on the new parking structure being completed at the Santa Monica Civic Center. It could have been just another boring parking box -- except that it has been cleverly tarted up with colorful panels. [pix]
It gets better at night, when the panels turn into multicolor lights -- like in a neon dialogue with the nearby, famous video store Vidiots.
