Urban Impressionism

The T.A.G. on Wilshire presents Olivier Van Zeveren
Born in Belgium, Olivier Van Zeveren grew up in Paris and currently lives in Southern California. He's a serial traveler and keen observer of cityscapes around the globe. In this new series, Van Zeveren takes inspiration from the photographs he shot during his travels as a 3D artist for film and television.

Like snapshots on canvas, his "Urban Impressionism" paintings capture the essence of everyday life, and offer a contemporary variation of the style created by French Impressionists of the 19th century.

This is his first solo exhibition with the Tilford Art Group.
Meet the Artist/Gallery Talk on August 19, 1-3 PM.
