Petites Natures

We had the first big storm of the season last night. A massive downpour. Conclusion: no surfing this morning, even though the sky is crystal clear. No one fancies inhaling the bugs and viruses that will have inevitably washed into the ocean, nor the drop in temperatures.
Yet in Cleveland, aficionados surf "with two-inch icicles clinging to their wet suits, through stinging hail and overpowering wind," as shown in this photo taken for a New York Times article.
On ne serait pas des petites natures, par hasard?
