Money pours, as is Dubai's determination to become the newest, hippest global destination.Now introducing Dubai's Chillout, the first ice lounge in the Middle East. It may be 44˚C outside (111˚F) but inside, patrons shiver while having drinks in a freezing room made entirely of ice.
