With so much of our "public space" under lock and key, Swedish artist "Adams" came up with a neat idea: to cut the padlocks that close the gates to said public spaces, and replace them with locks for which he has the key. He then stashes the keys in books held at public libraries, along with maps to the spaces that the keys open, et voilà: citizenry engaged, public realm reclaimed. Genius.
