The Gourmet's Tour De France

Spending July in Gaul means putting up with the inescapable Tour de France. Not such a fan of la petite reine (bicycling?) Why not tour France differently -- say, like a gourmet? Follow Cuisine Insolite, which proposes a mouth-watering selection of regional delicacies for every stage of the Tour -- from bouillabaisse in Marseille to clafoutis aux cerises in Limoges, or andouilletes in the Vosges.
